It takes less than 10 minutes to make a pack and costs about 70 cents.
Plus you get the satisfaction of not paying the sin tax.

Not only does it take just a few minutes to make a pack, but you know what’s inside too, can choose your tobacco (and yes, here’s a big difference), type of filters you want.. It’s a little messy though, but in California, it runs me about $30 for three cartons, vs buying one for $36 most places.
