Well this will only work for a few of us. The US is still a 3rd world country when it comes to infrastructure issues like area coverage with broadband internet. In some rural areas in the south west people are glad to have a poor quality phone line you can run at 14k4 with your modem. This is something that should really CHANGE.
My son has wireless internet from Alltel for his laptop on base in AZ. He’s currently in NV and it is working well there too. It isn’t cheap though ($65 mo.) but it’s broadband speeds.
