I need to suck-up to my boss.
He is a scotch drinker. I know nothing about scotch.
What can I purchase for him that will really impress him?

Macallan 18 years old. Or Glen Rothes (tougher to find).

Get him a bottle of Glenfiddich. Last time I drank a half bottle of that (stolen of course) as a 15 year old kid, I was ill and out of commission for 3 days. You might get brownie points and a long weekend. He’ll never notice.

Ask questions. Does he prefer a single malt? Why? Etc.

I'll pass on your thanks now to my hubby, the great GOP_Harley_Guy. He's right here with me on the couch. We're listening to Rush Limbaugh's show today.

Ask questions.Won't that show weakness? What if he replies with a more esoteric scotch question?

"too much smoke and peat"
I didn't think that was possible. Cut with branch water if it's a problem for you.
