No, plant trees! Lots of them! Make it mandatory to plant trees along every highway divider and between the parking lanes in shopping mall parking lots. Reasons: 1) trees look pretty 2) trees consume CO2. 3) trees convert CO2 to oxygen! Didn't we learn that in high school or earlier?

but but but.if CO2 becomes illegal, and we reduce CO2 from our climate what are the trees going to breathe??
If the trees run out of CO2, could the world run out of oxygen???
