I would agree with you on the hit. Not intentional at all. Both are going full steam ahead and in fact McGahee lowered his head at the time of the hit.

Indeed. As are we all, I'm sure. I got a real sick feeling in the pit of my stomach when I realized that McGahee wasn't moving. Then I saw him move his legs and was greatly relieved.

Yup - that’s the way I saw it. Unfortunate - but his positioning probably had as much to do with his injuries as anything.
