The ‘2111’ is not stamped on the lid of GV, it is on the neck of the jar near the lid. I have one I bought last week from a WalMart store ... was wondering why I had stomach cramps and loose stool!
I would avoid ANY and ALL Great Value products. Not a one of them has where the product is actually made stamped on them. In general from what I saw of GV food items the stuff looks like culls or seconds anyway. I’m also glad when my wife pointed out to me the bargain big pack Austin PB&C’s last time at the store I picked up Frito Lays instead. I buy for quality when it comes to food. I avoid Walmart fresh meats entirely. All of it beef included is Tyson.
