The way to cope is not to watch. I haven’t watched a single cable news channel in over 5 months and I feel great, much better than I did when I was watching. It’s like living in a pure & sane world.
Oh, I will not have the TV on. Just hard to avoid those electronic signs on the (I-495) Beltway about the inauguration. It’s frickin’ EVERYWHERE!
