The message is lost by her need to go overboard. Sometimes you can go too far. Cosby made the same points about single parents, called the men out who fail to step up and did a much better job.

I respect your opinion of course but my opinion is that our enemies make Ms Coulter the issue and that would be so no matter how nice she was.

Look how nice President Bush has been to the Rat Party (formerly the traditional, patriotic Democratic Party). He was still the "issue." To wit, liar, dry drunk, torturer . . . .

I am fond of remembering David Horowitz's take on his former comrades. The issue is not the issue. I take that to mean issues are weapons. Our enemies' intent is to destroy us. Too many conservatives flounder trying to respond to "issues" while the enemies have moved on to another phony issue. Mean while the message is lost in the chaos.

Horowitz pointed out that THE issue is victory over America -- or as I am wont to report, "Bring it all down, man."
