Jeff, I know for a fact that 2 of the other people I hang out with while I was a reservist feel the same way. One retired in 07 and then one in 08. I made it under the wire this Sept. I pray that our Military is protected from what ever is headed out way. I did give my self Christmas and Birthday present.
A 38 Special with a Concealed Carry certificate. Martha
PS I also heard that many recruiters are having trouble enlisting Warriors who have already put many years in because they are not comfortable with the COC.

Thank you, now we have to find a way to keep our Military strong. That is one of the big fights we have ahead of us. Let's pull together and do everything strong for our Warriors.........................Martha

What a waste of a perfectly good airplane.
Strange... strange.

I was in the Air Force during the Carter years. I was always heartened to find so many dedicated airmen despite who was in charge.
I know we will remain strong.

Oh yeah, it's a beautiful plane ... it was a Malibu right? Kennedy bought it in a Saratoga ....

I retired in Sept 08. I especially did not want a person who I don't consider a Patriot signing my retirement papers.Ha! I totally understand! Congratulations on making it to retirement. I sometimes regret not staying in.... As always, thank you for your serving!

The way I see it, is that all these Warriors men or women have served our Country with their lives on the line. I pray that we get a few smart ones to run for office and fight that battle with our support. I figure that they are Patriots and they know how the other part of the world lives. Just my opinion................Martha

I live in Phoenix,Arizona and Sheriff Joe is still here. God bless that man. He is a bit of a publicity hound but I don't care he keep this city on it's toes. The people at the gun store called it Obama shopping.....I think they might have a point there, after listening to Mark (the great) Levin.

OCC,
I started as a weapons loader (B1, A10 and F16)the A10 were my very favorite, for my first 10 years. I then got out and the very next day I enlisted in the reserves and became a medic. I didn't do the Aerovac stint because I don't like having to move as frequently as they do. I liked getting to my assignment and staying there till my tdy was over.
Moving the Wounded Warriors is the greatest thing I ever did in the USAFR Medic. I have many stories and I had lots of long and heart felt talks with my Heroes......Martha

I think you said you were stationed at RAF Bentwaters at one time..... I was there 1990-93 working in the munitions storage and delivery section, that’s why I remembered you telling me you became a medic. I got out in 1997... dang, I would have been within 2 years of retirement now!

Now I remember I have been laying low on FR I do read a lot I just don’t post much.
Now we have to have to stick together to over come the next 4 years. Because we actually live in reality.
