Yes, the Bible is, but men are idiots who always try to make God in their image and constantly make assumptions about what the Bible means that they always have to change as knowledge advances. Doesn't mean the Bible changes, it means that man's knowledge expands. It is pride to believe that your understanding is unassailable. Man's understanding of God's word has gone up against expanding knowledge time and time again, and man's understanding has always lost. Geocentric universe? Heliocentric universe? That doesn't mean God's word is flawed, it means that man's understanding is flawed and his pride in his understanding is his Achilles heel.
The God I know didn't create a world that tricks people into not believing Him, it reveals him.
Science teaches us how God created the universe. The Bible teaches us why.
