No ... dinosaurs were not on the Ark. When God told him to gather two of every land animal, the term “non-extinct” was implied.

I read the link. My contention stands.

His interpretation of Genesis is wrong, and is verifiably wrong. Here’s the problem ...

*********
The story we have all heard from movies, television, newspapers, and most magazines and textbooks is that dinosaurs “ruled the Earth” for 140 million years, died out 65 million years ago, and therefore weren’t around when Noah and company set sail on the Ark around 4,300 years ago.

However, the Bible gives a completely different view of Earth (and therefore, dinosaur) history. As God’s written Word to us, we can trust it to tell the truth about the past.
*********

The Bible does not give us “a completely different view of Earth” than does science — it gives us a different perspective on the same events. Dinosaurs were not around 4,300 years ago ... this is a scientifically verifiable fact. I refuse to believe that God planted evidence which seemingly disproves His word (evidence that dinosaurs dies out millions of years ago).

Science is simply God’s way of explaining the divine in a manner understandable by the human mind. Genesis is correct, but incomplete — and VERY prone to misinterpretation. Science can help fill in some details, and correct some scriptural misinterpetations.
