January 10th - 8:15PM ET
January 11th - 1:00PM ET
January 11th - 4:45PM ET
Can’t be that start, can we? :-)
I wish he were playing, but I hope we get to see lots of LT’s smiling face from the sideline.
Let’s go Chargers...keep it up.
What? Nothing about Eli's incompetence and gutlessness, Gilbride's feckless play-calling, the Giants' failure to move the Eagles defensive line TWO inches off the line of scrimmage with an all-pro offensive line? Or the Giants failure to stop the Eagles' mediocre receiving corp from creating 10 yards of open space on key 3rd downs?
The Eagles ought to thank God the Giants weren't prepared to play the Yale Eli football team.
Oops, that was supposed to be can’t BEAT that start, can we? :-)
I have to admit a terrific pass/catch for the TD. Steelers spotted them 7 just to make it fair.
Oh dude, or should I say Buzzkill (just kidding),
I’m a diehard, long time Eagles fan, but when you brought up the potential of a NcNabb-Obama photo op, I think I threw up in mouth a little bit. Never the less:
WAY TO GO BIRDS!
I've always liked Andy Reid. Another Holmgren protege that came from Green Bay.
Well...I am impressed of his ability to convince everyone of his masquerading as a competent NFL QB after his flike playoff performance last year...I imagine all week he must have been studying film of Favre against Miami.
And to think - THIS POS made the Pro-Bowl? What a joke.
Just goes to show you that nice guys can finish on top. Not always in politics, but we’ll take em where we can get em.
I have a feeling the Giants wasn’t prepared to play at all.. I think they had a case of looking ahead disease. The same disease that affected the Panthers and the Titans.. It could affect the Steelers..
New Orleans.
They made it in 06, just got wiped out in Chicago.
Steelers selected to wear their black jerseys at home instead of whites.
Rothlisberger kicks with his left foot and throws right.
You're absolutely right. An obvious lack of focus, passion and heart affected ALL those teams.
Hunger wins NFL games.
Don’t most teams wear their colors at home? Also we haven’t seen a QB kick like that in a while.
Oh s##t.....
That got the crowd into it!
The Hartford Whalers?
;-)
What I like about this game is that we have such parody. Anyone can win. Not like MLB where it’s hard for the smaller markets like Milwaukee to compete with the like of the Yankees. (Of course who can compete with them?)
Starting next season I think the focus is going to be is try to get the mojo late in the season. I think the Giants and the Titans peaked too soon. Carolina lucked out with some come from behind victories..
ok, both teams got that “big play” out of their systems ... now, Go Chargers !!
