Ukrainian Air Show in 2002, took out 78 spectators.
What a pity! I do not recall that crash.
I am reminded of when the Italian jets crashed at the Ramstein air show about 20 years ago.
My uncle was stationed there at the time and had been there with my aunt and cousins. They elected to leave a little early to beat the traffic.
Later, they found out one of the jets had crashed into the area of the crowd they were standing in.
Close call.
