As an OU fan living in Texas, I’d have to agree. But I’m glad a Big 12 team finally won a bowl game...I was beginning to wonder if we were over-rated this year.

You most certainly are. Highly touted Missouri and Texas Tech got destroyed in bowl games this year by "inferior" teams.

Then Texas eeks out a win when Ohio's number 1 offensive weapon Chris Wells is out with an injury the whole 2nd half.

I think Utah deserves #1 after watching them take alabama apart.

Alabama was overrated, and I’m an SEC fan. But all year I knew Bama was not as good as their rating. Utah might have a really good team, but they needed to play Florida/Oklahoma/or Texas to know just how good they were.

Southern Cal won at home, basically, in the Rose Bowl...they always have the advantage there. Would’ve been better for them to play this year at a different bowl location. That would prove their point much more if they won.

Ohio obviously prepared great for this game... defense really stepped up, except on the last play.

Oklahoma and Florida are where they should be...in the NC Bowl. Will be interesting to see how that plays out.

Sorry. Missouri won their bowl game this year. 30-23 over Northwestern in overtime.
