we prepare indigenous foods from the hometown of the opposing team during our tailgate.
buffalo: wings; baltimore: crab cakes; philly: cheesesteaks; etc...
we hope to better understand the opposing team through their food. it's a sign of both respect and wanting to beat the living he!! out of them.
It’s no coincidence that the Vikes haven’t made it back to the Super Bowl since they moved indoors.
Or is it my imagination?
Do people in Philly eat constantly?
Can meet you somewhere off the southern NJ TPK to hand off the stuff to you.
This is the brand PJP carries. I'd suggest the original. I'd pick up the day before and let it defrost in my fridge so it's ready to cook.
It's what we used at Walter Reed. http://www.phillycheesesteak.com/
White American cheese is good. The key is folding the melted cheese and onions so it's mixed evenly with the meat and onions. No layers, blend.
And like everybody wants to be the Benihana chef and show off, everyone wants to do their own cheese staek.
Onions, you could do that yourselves. Cut into 1/2 or 1/4 inch chunks. White onions are common.
Let me know how many you'd want to make and price out the cost of the meat and rolls.

The question is, will he be visiting any prisons or half-way houses to sign more free agents?
As it turns out, last year's evaluation of the country--region by region and city by city--for incidence of overweight anf obesity had Philly as the fattest city in the country.
Could it be the cheesesteaks?
For documentation, see below from philly.com:
Philly getting phit?
Philadelphia, once called the nation's fattest city by a fitness magazine, may be on the verge of changing its gluttonous habits.
Mayor Nutter yesterday signed a bill that orders most chain restaurants to display calorie, fat and other information about their offerings. The law takes effect Jan. 1, 2010, and follows legislation in New York City and California.
Wow...what a nice offer! The only time I could get down to southern NJ would be Saturday, and I will be watching the playoffs then...but I dare say that from your note it is Cheez Wiz! And thanks for the technique you discussed. I will follow the instructons!
Ops, my bad. For some reason I assumed that the game was here and I could meet you guys on your way down.
I see that they had Matt Millen bring his football expertise to the NBC booth with Jiminy Cricket Costas and Olberbuttmunch.
Couple of NE Yankee teams. Who cares?
go cowboys
