It might have been helpful to offer some clue of what you’re talking about for people who haven’t been watching NBC tonight. I just had to google “new Pepsi logo” myself, and now I remember noticing this on the last can I got out of a vending machine a few days ago. So they changed the shapes in their tri-colored circle. Who cares? Is there something offensive about this I’m missing?

Nothing offensive that I wanted to point out. I was just interested in fellow Freeper opinions. I do see the sabre though.Daniel Pearl probably saw nothing offensive in that “sabre” that was applied to his neck.

My husband mentioned the changed label a couple of days ago. He also mentioned that it looked a little too much like the Obama logo to be a co-incidence. I wonder when the change took place? Before or after the election?

We are done with Pepsi, too.

Pepsi will always run second place after Coke.

Isn’t it obvious they want to hitch their wagon to the Obama nation? One step away from “Take this mark or you won’t be able to buy food” crap. Can’t you see the writing on the walls, Man?
