Any scuttlebutt on what this means?
We had a eval officer on the plane who was tossed off the plane simply because he couldn't get along with the crew.
He flew a desk after that.

I've seen "loss of confidence" mean sleeping with a subordinate, but since there is no NJP involved, I think we can rule that out. Failing a major inspection can also result in a "loss of confidence" action. I want to know more.
