The Decree is proof that Obama was Barry Soetoro, an Indonesian citizen under the premise of that marriage.
This is explicitly why the CA Supreme Court waned the Decree, but no one could find it in time before the Electoral voted.

I still don’t get it. I didn’t see anything in the Obama divorce documents that Jr.’s name is anything other than Obama. Is there another document I’m missing?
