I thought Berg was all done after the SC rejected his case on Dec. 5.

I think he is still petitioning for another hearing.. hard to keep track of the truth versus experts(sic) telling us what is happening.

Nope.

SCOTUS has a conference scheduled for Berg’s Case on January 16th.

This whole COLB thing is called “Operation Overflowing Toilet”.

Obama is plunging but the water is coming up too fast, about to go over the rim soon.

The Berg case has been posted for conference by SCOTUS on two different days. FIrst, day after electorial college/congress does there thing and IIRC back to back conferences the following week.....It is FAR from dead.
