He couldn’t even find a way to self fund the last $1000 that was supposed to provide the damning evidence.. now, that wasn’t the damning evidence, it just is supposedly evidence of damning evidence.. keep folks stringing along, keep them donating...
If he is so sure, he should offer a refund guarantee.. it would help his very damaged credibility.
