Look at the Dark Socratic methodology to see what some people (i.e., Obamites...) are trying to do — i.e., “punish the stupid people” (as the guy says), because they cannot think rationally — so punish them for their irrational thinking...

I wouldn’t think this kind of stuff would keep dribbling out and dribbling out and never get anywhere — over a period of months and months that everyone has been talking about it — but that’s exactly what has been happening. It’s too amazing...

What makes this interesting is that Ed HAS to continue to “progress” to the end of the story, yet how many smaller and smaller “baby steps” he is able to come up with to prolong the journey.
It’s a cross between Zeno’s paradox of motion and a trip to George Constanza’s Long Island vacation home.
