That should go without saying, regardless of anything that happens concerning Mr. Obama's inauguration and potential 4 year term pretending to be President.

Now, a question here regarding Obama’s “potential” 4-year term. If he is in office, is he *not* President — if one thinks he’s not qualified — but can’t prove it in court?
