You know, a lot of people have talked about what we can do if this happens and that happens and it’s evidence to prove the case against Obama.

What I would like to know is what people will do if it is never proven and Obama continues in office. It seems that many people are not prepared for that possibility.

And further than that — what if the Supreme Court, by their actions puts the final word on it and makes it so that Obama is qualified. Will people accept the Supreme Court as the final word on it?

I do wonder about those things...

You are posting under the misconception that the supreme court is the final word on everything. I don't know where you got that. Apparently, you have never heard of the abortion issue. Do you think people who believe that abortion is murder just rolled over and went to sleep?

Have you never heard of public opinion or pressure or history? I can't believe you're that naive.

Well dont keep yourself up at nigh wondering such things.

Why should anyone have to answer such ‘what if’ questions about how they will view an issue so far off into the future? Esecially considering how many angles there are to this issue in regardsto Obama. The Arthur case was not as complex even. We have the question of Kenyan birth, duel citizenship at birth, the adoptionand Indonesian citizenship, the communist family ties, etc....

If the S Ct hears the case, discusses the case, votes on the case, and finds that he was born in Hawaii, based on Obama providing a birth certificate, determines that a son of a Kenyan can still be a natural born US citizen, determines that someone who was an Indonesian citizen can be a natural born US Citizen, that would be fine with me and fine with most here.

If the S Ct refuses to hear the case, most here would suppose that the reason they refused to hear the case was because of legal technicalities. Perhaps the specific argument wasn’t to the court’s liking. Most here would keep trying, or support those who are continuing to try.

To many (not many here, but many) Bush is not a legitimate President, and to many here, unless the S Ct. gives the Obama Presidency an explicit stamp of approval, the Obama Presidency would not be seen as a legitimate one.

Most do not think that the S Ct will explicitly rule here and most here do not think of Obama as a legitimate President.

Let’s put it this way. The USSC is made up of human beings that are therefore fallible. I didn’t agree with their decision re: property ownership that can be taken away for the “common good” of the community (ergo to build condos, etc.). So no...I would not accept it if they just swept this under a rug and pretended that it’s not there....for the “good of the country” or otherwise. Some of us still recognize justice, or rather injustice, when we see it.
