She said Dzuris show had been extended from one hour to two months ago in order to allow time for discussion of "local events." She said, however, Dzuris didn't fill the additional time with local issues.
This is the way that they (the liberals and Democrats) will shut down talk radio. I don't think they have the stones to try to bring back the "fairness doctrine." And there will be resistance to that.

Instead, they will insist on "local content" and coverage of "local issues." This will limit the amount of time for national syndicated shows like Rush and Hannity.

ANY move to alter talkradio is an abridgement of the First Amendment. If any SOB can burn the flag, if Ayers can trample it (with his sick pride) because of his 1st A rights, then talkers can have the same kinds of rights.

There isn't a 1A for some but not for others.

We've seen people with T-shirts with "Kill Bush" in large letters. When were they arrested?
