She should be charged with cruelty to a frying pan.
I made a similar point about the recent case of the woman who shot the man alleged to have abused her son in court, having died of cancer.
To many posters here she was a hero for killing a “paedophile”, despite the fact that the man had been found guilty of nothing as he was in court awaiting his trial. Maybe the guy was as guilty as hell but until he’d had his trial no one could know for sure, but just like if a woman accuses a man of abuse he is automatically assumed to be guilty so many posters take the position that if a man is accused of being a paedophile he must automatically be guilty and should be shot on sight.
People need to understand that the Bill of Rights is their friend.

Woman files false report on husband
OCALA — Kelley J. Lemay first reported that her estranged husband had punched her in the face.
Then, as he was about to be taken away in handcuffs, she changed her story.
Actually, she told police, she hit herself in the face with a frying pan to get him in trouble because he had thrown her cell phone out the door.
Lemay, 29, of Ocklawaha, was arrested at 12:04 a.m. Wednesday and charged with filing a false report, according to the Ocala Police Department.
An officer first went to an apartment complex in the 1500 block of Northeast 39th Avenue and met Lemay’s estranged husband, William Bowden. Bowden told the officer Lemay had slapped him and that he threw her cell phone outside the apartment. He lives there, he said, and she lives elsewhere.
When he went to retrieve the phone, she locked the door of his apartment and refused to let him in.
In his report, the police officer noted that he didn’t see any marks on Lemay or Bowden.
However, when another officer arrived on scene and talked with Lemay, he noticed that her right eye was swollen. The woman told the second officer that Bowden had punched her.
Officers handcuffed Bowden and were about to leave when Lemay had a change of heart.

Hubby either needs counseling, or she was prettier when younger. But whatever, she tried to frame him; put her away for a long, long time.

I tried EVERYONE in town- NO ONE would listen or care at any level of government or media- ESPECIALLY so-called ‘child protective services’
not only that... but after the court appointed doctor told the judge she was psyhopath and awarded me SOLE custody, she called CPS (child “protective” services) 2 days later and on NOTHING MORE THAN HER SAY SO they were going to “leave the children there with her until they complete their investigation”....
I told her in no incertain terms that I was taking my children and MADE The silly withc wait there until i got the court papers and the doctors report- then asked her if she really wanted to overturn a court ruling and leave the children with a diagnosed psychopath with a 15 year history of child abuse based on nothing but the psychpaths word? and would she want to defend that decision on the television news if something happened?
I learned what motivates these ass holes.
