One of the best soups I ever ate, was avacado soup (made with chicken stock). My friend put a dollop of sour cream on the top, and served it with a big caeser’s salad and toasted garlic bread. I’ll try to find the recipe, if anybody is interested.
Sounds interesting! My Gma used to eat avocados and let me have the seed to start—glass jar/toothpicks. That’s about all I know about avocados! LOL
