I tried again, Dolly. I got it this time. The site might have been busy!

That is a wonderful story. I loved it. I’ve told the story of my son’s dog, Bandit. When he was about 5, he got glacoma and had his eyes removed. People could not believe what that dog could do without eyes.

When we moved, my son brought him on the weekend. Son walked him around the yard and tapped the cyclone fence as they walked. Bandit got around here as well as he got around at home. It just took the one weekend here. Our pets are certainly amazing. They adapt very well.

In NC I had cat Lester that became blind as a result of Feline leukemia

He followed us around in the yard & hikes - BIG acrerage ( I had quite a few cats from rescue work I did) & romped with others. He did have sight as one time

they just need to be given a chance desite the handicap or problems that develop
