Oh, thank you LJ! What a sweet story about that cat your mom had. The vet really moved her little legs and joints - and she never whimpered. He told me he is sure she isn’t in pain. Today, she seems a little better - and hopefully, she will regain some use of those little legs. (And I will try the little splints. If they don’t work, a cart may be the route to take.) As long as she isn’t in pain, I will do what ever it takes. She is taking a canine ‘Aleve’ which may relax her a little, and she is resting well.

You know your little bud better than anyone. If her condition is not static, if you think she's improving, wait and watch. Sometimes that's better on the baby than more changes.
