Finally getting back to you, Polly. It was time to fix dinner for Marissa. She had finished her homework.

I had both knees replaced ... the first November, 2005 and the second March, 2007. I did great; it was wonderful to not be in so much pain. AFter the first, I was very faithful with exercising. I did pretty good after the second but I got lax on excercising. I started spending more time on FR. Since I re-started Amy’s Place, I spend waaay to much time sitting at the computer. I have put on some weight. I think it is a combination of both but I am not getting around as well as I did for awhile.

I need to get back in to see the surgeon for a followup .... I put that off also. :(

I’m good at giving directions but am awful about following them. I know Marissa would like it if I could walk like a teenager.

Amy,
My knees are starting to act up like my moms did....made from the same mold! lol
She was very heavy at one time and then later in life she lost much weight and when she died she was quite trim...

I have gained far too much, I think from stress eating and of course, like you... I do enjoy the computer. I try to limit myself now but actually have to turn it off! If it is on...well... I just have to “ know what is going on, right”!!

Good Night!
Polly
