Coming into my FENCED back yard defines “running wild”. Your cat is your responsibility, not mine. I do not buy the argument “that is what cats do...”. Keep them in your house or your yard and I don’t care how many cats you call yours.
I have taken over 30 cats out of my back yard in the last two years. Trapped them all. They were “running wild”, but not anymore.
