There are rumors about, that a kiss is as good or possibly even better than vitamins. Also just heard of current divorce case where soon to be ex wants his kidney back that he donated to soon to be ex spouse. However as an alternative he’ll take $1,500,000.00. I do believe the kidney should be returned herewith, but only after I have been given the opportunity to tamper with it.

Another Freeper told me about a drug/supplement called “Benfotiamine” which is a fat-soluble analog of Thiamine, which is water soluble -

I use 150mg per day and it reduces my
neuropathy (numbness) in both feet

I hope that it continues to improve your situation. I continue to take 1 capsule daily, instead of the three I took for several months. My neuropathy has not improved, but I do have occasional episodes of generalized tingling and discomfort that I believe I misinterpreted as actual sensation.

The blood level test done by my neurologist when I was taking 3 a day did show an abnormally high thiamine level, versus a very slightly low level before, so I continue with the daily dose. I have lost 30 pounds, and I walk 3+ miles (on a treadmill, 4+ mph, incline 10) almost every day. I used to be a runner, but neuropathy interferes with my balance so I use the treadmill and hang on to the bar.

But now I am 69, borderline diabetic, hypertensive, hypercholemic, arthritic, and suffering from both GERD and diverticulosis.
