Good Morning. That wind that brought these cold temps was horrid. I never hear anything in this house, except snow plows and honking horns. But I could hear the wind, most of the night.
I’m so glad it’s moved on. And I’m willing to put oup with the cold temps in order to be rid of that wind.
It's going to be a long watch. 11 hours long. I forgot to bring something to eat.

Going to be in the 60’s here today and tonight in the low 30’s (this is a one day affair, will warm up tomorrow).
Granny, the wind has decided to stay in Virginia. I had to take down my welcome flag on the porch strip the furniture of it's cushions and place the lampshades on the floor behind the furniture for safe keeping.
I am still worried about the big plastic ornaments we hang with the icicle lights around the perimeter of the porch. I hope they don't get blown off their strings and bounce around the porch (especially the windows).
As I was walking to the car, it started snowing, but the sky was a beautiful blue in places!
