Well, as far as military bases go, I’m hundreds of miles away from the nearest active one, so I’d only have to worry if the terrorists are dumb enough to go after closed-down ones with anything bigger than 1 megaton.

Taking the nearest ‘terrorist target’ with a high civilian population into account, I’d only be outside the blast radius if it was less than 25 kt and I was at home or school. However, if I’m at work... well, I work at the biggest and most high-profile place within probably hundreds of miles, so it would likely be ground zero. But, I don’t really care, cause there’s all kinds of other bad things that might happen or worse ways I could die while working there that are all substantially more likely.
