I have friends that are Jewish, and I do say “Happy Holidays” to them.

However, they don’t mind when I say “Merry Christmas”.

I wish my Jewish Friends Happy Hanukka.

The only “holidays” around in December are Hannukka and Christmas unless you want to dignify Eid El Whatever or that joke Kwanzaa as “holidays”, but that is personal choice I suppose. What ISN’T personal choice is directing employees not to say Merry Christmas.
