I am always HIGHLY SUSPECT of ANY ORGANIZATION that tells me what is Nutritious or not.
The old 4 food groups seemed to work just fine.
The food pyramid, if followed religiously, is only GOOD IF You are an OLYMPIC Level or PROFESSIONAL ATHLETE. I followed the “pyramid” religiously and gained 40 pounds.)
The old “Center for Science and the Public Interest” (the anti Chinese food, Mexican food, and ANTI POPCORN BUTTER idiots) have been WRONG on EVERYTHING they've sent out faxes on.
