I’m back. I had a nap while the roast was finishing. In a few minutes I can cut it up, wrap it aluminum foil, and then take it to church with the beans.
I feel better after sleeping an hour or so ... can make it through supper at least! (We don’t have to do anything at church other than deliver the food.) I think Anoreth has fallen asleep, too; her music was on when I went to bed, but I don’t hear it, now.
I’m glad to hear you’ve survived!
Naps are almost as good as restoratives, but the latter taste much better!
