Women have a lot of pressure/desire to have a man during the holidays. I've observed that. My lady and I met on a dating website for larger people, we first drew each other's interest from postings on a message forum on that site. Clearly, over the years on that website, where larger women way outnumber larger men looking for at least semi-serious relationships, there is a spike in the "woe is me" posts at the holidays.

It’s funny how this happened, but when I was younger I wanted to be in a relationship SOOOO BAD, and now I could really give a flip. When I consider it all I can think of is how disruptive it would be and how I wouldn’t be able to get any girl that was worth the disruption.
I think that’s probably not healthy, but I just can’t seem to make myself care.
