OK, I went back to prior post and your comments. I agree, however, it was not Gov Lingle who was combative in denying Andy Martin access to the birth cert at 11/18 Hawaiian hearing, it was the Attorney General. I think “all” Hawaiian birth records are private, not just Hussein’s (?)
While Andy Martin is not an attorney, he had his guns loaded with 25 pages of documentation and prior cases which could’ve been considered to establish some precedence for his case, but according to his site, after a 30 minute “vigorous” testimonial debate with the Attorney General, he was denied. It KILLS me that this document is just “sitting there” while the media is reporting on the new White House dog and what color drapes Michelle Hussein will choose for the White House Dinig Room ! !
From what I understand, in Hawaii (unlike some states), the Attorney General is a gubernatorial appointee and part of her administration. Therefore, Lingle, if she were so inclined, would have been able to tell her AG to go easier on Martin re the BC issue, or resign. She didn't. Thus the buck stops with her, and she bears responsibility.

Many of us here on FR would surely second that emotion!!!
