Recently signed up with Netflix and I'm very pleased with the service. I do not have the blu ray option on my account but in regards to the movies I've requested the turnover is usually one to two days. It's very convenient.

Netflix is simply EXCELLENT. Their choices of movies, relevant information, and community are unrivaled.
The turn-around time and ease of movie acquisition by the subscriber are amazing.

I live 80 mi outside of Vegas and get a two-day turnaround. I get the older flicks (mostly black & white) and never have a problem. Not much good in the new stuff anyway, so have no use for Blu-Ray.
Not only fast service, but a good follow up, i.e. emails as to when did I ship. I dread the day the owner sells out for then the Bottom-Line worshippers will take over and customer service will go in the tank - to go along with the price increases that are inevitable after buyouts..
