I have noticed lots of returns on all brands of this technology at Sam’s Club. My guess there would be even more if people were more perceptive about the limitations of current displays.

I have noticed lots of returns on all brands of this technology at Sam’s Club. _________________________ I'm willing to bet some of the returns are a result of total frustration at trying to figure out the remote. Why are today's remotes more complicated than the avionics on a 747?. Would be wonderful to have a nice big lighted remote with on/off, chnl up/down, volume up/down. Everything else should be on the tv set itself. Also black lettering on a black remote doesn't make sense.
