Buy why? I’d rather get a LCD instead, not only because of lower power consumption (my repaired 27” TV uses a frightening 250 watts of power!) but because the LCD panel displays a true HDTV picture.

My 32” LCD is lasted at 200 watts which surprised me. Kind of high

I like lower wattage in CRT TVs. Sharp is very good at that. I’ve seen Sharp@26” and 75 watts

The newer the CRT TY the lower the wattage generally
