I'm with Suddenlink cable and it varies from 1100 to 7400 down and 250 to 500 up. There is a long running thread on a local forum hammering them for overselling their pipe which they lease from ATT. There is only one fiber line out of the area and it runs down 101 through the Redwoods and it gets whacked from time to time by road construction...
