Sorry for asking but could someone explain the use of “guilty” and “not guilty” when commenting on a photo? Thanks

I can demonstrate:

She, for example, is Not Guilty.

That softail she’s sitting on needs to be lowered quite a bit in the rear!
They sit way too high in their stock form.
