Sorry for asking but could someone explain the use of “guilty” and “not guilty” when commenting on a photo? Thanks

The thinking is that if she's really hot (like Debra LaFave) no crime has been committed against the boy, but if she's butt-ugly like this woman, a terrible injustice has occurred. This woman is guilty, guilty, guilty.

The joke works when the boy is sixteen or seventeen. Thirteen's ridiculous, and I vote always guilty in that case.

I assume the boy was friendly with the woman's daughter.

If the daughter's name is Stacy, then The Fountains of Wayne were prescient.
