I’m not hijacking but running with a tangent thought. I saw the History Channel’s send up of soda. Interesting that the first sodas in America came with John Matthews in 1832 NYC. Matthews passed carbonic acid over waste marble chips from St Patricks Cathedral and placed the result into water causing carbonated water.

Well, at least it was an educated hijacking.
