I am not computer literate when it comes to repairing/restoring computer items so here goes:
I have a Dell 2350 computer and this morning, I put two CD's in and nothing happened.
I checked under My system information and did not see the D drive for the CD-Rom.
I have the Drivers and Utilities CD for my computer but am not sure if it will ask me questions or just install everything.
Other than that, the computer is working fine.
How do I get this working or re-installed? There are NO instructions that came with this computer with regard to how to go about this.
dude, this disappearing CD problem sounds very much like the socks that disappear in my washing machine.
I believe they are transported to another dimension along with all my missing sunglasses and Cross pens.
My CD-Rom disappeared too and I don’t know so much about computers so
I’ve got this little program from http://cdromdisappeared.com
With one click it made my CD-Rom re-appear.
