It is predicted that this good leader will have to do battle with an evil leader who is described as having 'The face of a dog'. Some Kabbalah Centre associates report that there have been jokes between themselves and the material girl that this might refer to Sarah Palin describing herself as a 'Pit-bull with lipstick'. The good leader will eventually bring world peace and usher in a messianic era of enhanced spiritual awareness but only after defeating the evil leader.

Sarah Palin is not evil nor even close. However, Obama is not what he said he was, so maybe he is the evil one. Maybe he has the face of a dog.

I’m completely unfamiliar with this Kabbalistic “prophecy.” It could be a complete sham, or if valid, a complete misinterpretation. This Kabballah Center is more new age mystic than Jewish mystic, anyway.

But, I do know that in the Torah and in the Bible, words and prophecies have a “current” meaning, in the era in which it was written, and a future, prophetic meaning. Words also have levels of meaning, literal and symbolic.

So, the only obvious reference to “dog face” that comes to my mind, in light of this, is the Egyptian gods of the old priestly class of astrologers, reputedly trained in that art by Abraham, and served by Moses during captivity.

If Obama plays into the situation at all, it’s not especially flattering of a son of east Africa, with Muslim ties and Muslim forebears.

Madonna’s an idiot, anyway. She’s running around the world, trying on different identities in order to still matter, sort of like Shirley MacLaine running down that California beach, yelling “I am god” with her little PR entourage trotting along behind her.

Not so! Dogs have noble faces. Obama has the face of a sneaky, lying, deceitful and spiteful cat.
