Rest in Peace Bettie.
The so-called ‘hotties’ of today’s generation can’t hold a candle that sweet lady.
And she was a lady.
Is it me, or is all the news lately just BAD?

RIP Betty. She spent some time in South Florida going to church and repenting her past life. She was beautiful.

Black Arm Band day for sure. Another icon from my Fathers Time is gone. Bettie seemed to be the one who transitioned the Pin-Up Girl from the tasteful calender girls of the 40’s to the Vamp / bad girl image of the 50’s.

Rest in peace, Bettie, and thank you for showing thousands of us that it’s possible to be sexy and feminine, and strong and fierce at the same time.
