Oh God yeah, the man retired at 55 and got a minimum wage job at a local gun shop.

He's so jaded about the number of guns that he fires, that he has started getting back into archery.

It's been a few weeks since we've gone out to shoot, but here in North Georgia there's no drought of places to target practice (both indoor and outdoor).

Bloody mattresses..?

Can you imagine the stink Savage puts up at hotels and restaurants? Pulls out his microscope for microbes in things like mattresses...Who knows, maybe they sent him home early...

A glass of Merlot, a fire in the fireplace, and Cash Cab beckons. Have a good evening.

If CAIR and the majority of American Muslims (by their silence) cannot see the difference between Islam and Islamists then what would they think of Muslims in Turkey? Hundreds of thousands of Muslims have gone to the streets to protest against Islamists taking control of their democratic Republic of Turkey.

Why is there so much reticence among other talk show hosts to speak out forcibly against the Islamist enemy?

I admire and applaud the other talk show hosts' support of our military but why not more attacks on radical Muslims?

"Origins of the American Military Coup of 2012." circa 1992.

Frustrated by the inability of elected officials to accomplish any government tasks bureaucrats and citizens alike turned to the military.

"Americans called for an acceleration of trends begun in the 1980s: tasking the military with a variety of new, nontraditional missions, and vastly escalating its commitment to formerly ancillary duties . . . the cumulative effect of these new responsibilities was to incorporate the military into the political process to an unprecedented degree. These additional assignments also had the perverse effect of diverting focus and resources from the military's central mission of combat training and warfighting."

http://www.carlisle.army.mil/usawc/parameters/1992/dunlap.htm

Not exactly what Savage is talking about this novel written by an active duty officer presented the fear that Washington would divert the military from their role. By 2012 the military had had enough.

The novel won kudos from DoD.
