The State of Hawai’i did NOT say that Barry Obama was born there. They said they had seen the birth certificate and it was a legal “certificate” that’s all. They gave no information as to what was ON the birth certificate or certificate of live birth.
Some think that if 0 gets away with the scam,then the gov. of Kali can run. But that’s not so, the constitution still says ‘’must be natural born’’. So it would have to be amended and would apply at a later date.
That was exactly my point to the quote I was responding to.
"If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified."
It would go to Biden, period. If Obama cannot qualify then it's the same as if he had died. Biden becomes president.
Cheney's term ends on January 20th, period.

It would be a cruel twist of fate for many of us - and a fate the Republicans did not anticipate when they decided to give Clinton a pass in his Senate trial.
There could be several reasons why Republican Representatives and Senators did not step up on Jan 8; the only two I can think of that give them any benefit of the doubt are:
1) Republican may be aware of conclusive evidence O is natural born - none of which has been made public by agreement to spare embarrassing O.
2) Republicans may have fully considered the realities (high quality intel) and coldly calculated that the nation’s security, culture and Constitution would be safer in the hands of a non-citizen Marxist than in the hands of Hillary Clinton.
With regard to Clinton v Pelosi, it appears the Presidential Succession Act of 1947 would only apply where both the Pres elect and VP elect failed to qualifiy.
It appears likely Biden is qualified, unless he is “persuaded” to withdraw his name prior to taking the oath of office on Jan 20.

Bush and the Bush Administration wants nothing to do with this issue, Vice President Cheney wants nothing to do or say about this issue, McCain and his previous campaign wants nothing to do with this issue, Governor Palin wants nothing to do with this issue and is looking forward to working with Obama, the Republican Party wants nothing to do with this issue, even Rush Limbaugh wants nothing to do with this issue, many other conservative websites want nothing to do with this issue, many here on Free Republic want nothing to do with this issue — and (of course) — the Democrats want nothing to do with this issue, along with Obama wanting nothing to do with this issue. Hawaii has stated that there is an original birth certificate on file. That is ALL they have said.
This "fact" you have asserted is flat out wrong.
